A flexible and modular engineering and technical leadership training programme designed to help you invest in and grow your and current and future leaders. Ideally participants will already have several years of formal management and leadership experience (e.g. team lead, engineering manager for multiple teams) and are on the path to more senior roles (e.g. Head of Engineering, Director of Engineering, VP of Engineering) 

These are small group sessions of 6 - 10 participants (ideally).
